Checklist ticks

Ticks are held in the page while you use it. If you explicitly select “Save my ticks on this device”, the site stores only the item numbers you have ticked in your browser’s local storage. That optional feature remembers each checklist on the same browser and device. It does not send your ticks to the publisher.

Unchecking that option removes the saved data for that checklist. “Reset checklist” clears its saved ticks and turns saving off. You can also remove stored data through your browser’s settings. Private browsing, blocked storage or clearing browser data may stop the saving feature from working. Do not rely on it as your only copy.

Downloads and filters

Checklist text downloads are created in your browser and saved where your browser normally puts downloads. They include checklist items and their tick status, not affiliate shopping links. Search, category and gift filters run in the page. They are not sent to a server by the site’s code.

Cookies and analytics

This package adds no advertising cookies, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, embedded videos or external fonts. It uses optional browser storage only for the checklist feature described above. Hosting and security services may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information and access times to deliver and protect the site.

External sites

Amazon links include an affiliate tracking identifier. When you choose to follow one, Amazon handles your visit under its own policies and may use cookies or other technologies.
